K.D. Hardy is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. Kerry grew up in a traditional southern home. His mother and father were both hard workers and disciplinarians for their children. After high school Kerry began his formal education at Alabama A&M University. Making a drastic u-turn, Kerry got involved in street life and the illegal drug trade. After years of illegal activities Kerry was incarcerated for six years.

During his incarceration Kerry completed his education by getting an Associates degree in early Childhood Education. He also has a diploma in Financial Planning and he is a Certified Personal Trainer. Kerry has studied extensively in the areas of mind development and parenting. He credits the almost 400 books he read on self development and spirituality as the catalyst to his change.

As a graduate of the Les Brown Speaker Training Program and the Dr. Myles Munroe Speaker Training Program, Kerry currently travels speaking to groups throughout the country. With his experience as a part of Les Brown’s Platinum Speaker’s Program, Kerry brings a lot of knowledge to any event. Kerry motivates people to maximize their potential by making healthy lifestyle choices.
